Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy experimental systems leveraging quantum computing and advanced neural networks
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable AI and carbon-negative technology solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Translate market trends into actionable technical roadmaps for 2026 product launches
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining hands-on coding in Python, Rust, and emerging frameworks
- Secure intellectual property through patents and proprietary system designs
- Present findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech architecture with proven success in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech integration
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Strong background in ethical AI development and regulatory compliance
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Fluency in at least three programming languages including Python and Rust
