Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for enterprise applications
- Design neuro-adjacent AI systems with ethical governance protocols
- Lead development of spatial computing interfaces for industrial metaverses
- Integrate biometric authentication with decentralized identity solutions
- Prototype autonomous decision-making systems for climate modeling
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum-entangled communication protocols
- Develop ethical AI training pipelines for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production systems with quantum or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in quantum-safe cryptography (NIST PQC standards)
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, ACM Code)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Clearance for DoD quantum research projects preferred
