Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for 2026-era enterprise challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Design decentralized systems for next-gen IoT ecosystems
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Collaborate with product teams to align technical strategy with market visions
- Mentor junior engineers in futuristic development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced software architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing principles
- Proven track record in leading complex tech transformation projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE journals on future-tech topics
- Experience with blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and bio-interfaces
- Certifications in AWS/GCP quantum services and ethical AI frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
