- Present blueprints to C-suite and congressional tech committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Neural Systems with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum cryptography
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized blockchain architectures
- Proven track record securing $20M+ in federal tech grants
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams of 50+ engineers
- Deep understanding of ISO 20890 (2026 Tech Standards Framework)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed systems with >1M daily users
- Active Top Secret clearance preferred
