Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable system architectures capable of supporting next-generation AI workloads and quantum-ready infrastructure by 2026.
- Tech Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies (Neural Interfaces, Blockchain 2.0) and integrating them into our product suite.
- Cloud & DevOps Leadership: Spearhead the migration to multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement microservices strategies to enhance data processing speeds.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols (Zero Trust Architecture) to protect sensitive data in a decentralized future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, along with proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and familiarity with the principles of Quantum Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
