- Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers to foster a culture of innovation and foresight.
- Conduct rigorous stress-testing and scenario planning for emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and advanced AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and solve complex, undefined problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
