Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, ethicists, venture partners) in prototype development
- Secure $5M+ in emerging tech grants and partnerships
- Present strategy to C-suite and board with patentable innovation proposals
- Monitor global tech trends to preempt competitive disruption
- Mentor next-gen talent through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Physics, Computer Science, or Emerging Tech with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum/AI breakthrough
- Track record of scaling tech innovations from lab to market ($100M+ impact)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, AI safety frameworks, and circular tech
- Active patent portfolio (3+ granted) or equivalent IP contributions
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE/NASA-level clearance
