Responsibilities

- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration strategy to cloud-native environments, optimizing resource utilization and reducing latency.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to mitigate risks and ensure system integrity.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and evaluating their potential impact on the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing distributed systems using technologies like Java, Python, or Go.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make high-stakes technical decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
