- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Drive innovation through quarterly 'Future Labs' with emerging tech partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing fundamentals
- Certified in Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams to 50+
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
