- Manage enterprise-scale change initiatives with 50+ cross-functional teams
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks for future market disruption scenarios
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous system deployment
- Drive innovation through partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Present transformation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record implementing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Expertise in next-gen AI architectures (AGI, generative AI, neural networks)
- Certified in emerging tech: Quantum Computing (IBM Q) or AI Ethics (IEEE)
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for enterprise transformation
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (IEEE, HBR, or similar)
