Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting AI, blockchain, and IoT integration strategies
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure digital maturity and ROI of transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align digital strategy with business objectives
- Drive innovation through pilot programs and rapid prototyping of future-ready solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships for ecosystem expansion
- Present transformation progress and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation, technology strategy, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital initiatives in tech-forward industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or Web3.0
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and agile/lean methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for transformation projects
