- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy aligning with business objectives and emerging tech trends
- Lead a 15-person AI research division, including ML engineers and data scientists
- Architect scalable AI systems integrating quantum computing and edge technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to define ethical AI governance frameworks
- Drive innovation in generative AI applications for enterprise clients
- Secure $10M+ in AI research grants and partnerships
- Present AI roadmaps to investors and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years at director level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and federated learning
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience scaling AI teams to 50+ professionals
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML)
