Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and scaling AI solutions across product lines and operations
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving global regulations
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI) into our innovation pipeline
- Drive industry thought leadership through white papers, patents, and strategic partnerships
- Mentor AI talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
- Report directly to the CTO on strategic progress and recommend resource allocation for maximum impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of successfully deploying enterprise-scale AI initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging AI trends (AGI, explainable AI, federated learning) and their 2026 implications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar AI innovation budgets
