Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with R&D teams and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable development plans.
- Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting: Monitor global AI trends, competitor innovations, and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Talent & Culture Building: Mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Advanced Technical Background: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
- Expertise in Modern AI: Deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define long-term technical visions and execute on them within budget and timeline constraints.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact problems.
