Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating autonomous systems with legacy infrastructure
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance
- Drive innovation through competitive research and patent development
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging AI paradigms and implementation strategies
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual AI innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML implementation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record deploying production-grade autonomous systems
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing interfaces, and edge AI
- Certified in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
