- Oversee the architecture and deployment of scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical AI strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or architectural role managing large-scale technical teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects from conception to production.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
