Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI research, identifying key emerging technologies and methodologies for the 2026 timeframe.
- Pioneering AI Architecture: Design and deploy cutting-edge large-scale neural networks and reinforcement learning systems that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Technical Evangelism: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders, articulating the value and feasibility of our innovation initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- System Scalability: Ensure that AI infrastructures are robust, secure, and scalable to handle petabyte-scale data streams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI models into consumer-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Foundational Knowledge: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven history of delivering complex AI projects.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), MLOps, and distributed computing systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and implement novel algorithms, particularly in areas such as Generative AI or Neural Symbolic AI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
