Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure supporting terabyte-scale data pipelines and distributed computing frameworks
- Architect hybrid cloud/on-premise solutions optimizing for quantum computing readiness and edge AI deployment
- Develop security frameworks for next-gen AI systems including federated learning architectures and zero-trust models
- Create performance optimization strategies for energy-efficient high-performance computing clusters
- Lead migration planning from legacy systems to 2026-ready infrastructure with zero downtime
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and compliance with emerging regulatory standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams on infrastructure best practices and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in infrastructure architecture with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML environments
- Expertise in Kubernetes, GPU orchestration (NVIDIA/Mellanox), and distributed computing frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing interfaces and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proven experience building energy-efficient HPC systems with PUE optimization
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP with specialty in AI/ML and hybrid cloud architecture
- Strong background in implementing zero-trust security models for AI workloads
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD for complex systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical architecture into business strategy
