Responsibilities

- Create audit protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI governance
- Author position papers and policy recommendations for industry coalitions
- Mentor junior ethicists and cultivate an organization-wide ethical consciousness
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, AI Governance, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise AI ethics policies or regulatory frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AGI
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and cultural domains
- Published author on AI ethics or contributed to major policy initiatives
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, IEEE 7000)
- Experience in high-stakes industries: healthcare, defense, or autonomous systems
- Fluency in ethical decision-making methodologies (utilitarian, deontological, virtue ethics)
