Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI focus
- Minimum 8 years experience in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Published research on autonomous system ethics or algorithmic bias mitigation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications for AI ethics
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
