- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles
- Author white papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior engineers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years' AI governance experience
- Proven track record in implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Deep expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
