Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias mitigation and fairness
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory compliance and industry best practices
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks and societal impact assessments
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in development lifecycles
- Represent Nexus at global AI ethics summits and thought leadership forums
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in bias detection, algorithmic fairness, and explainable AI techniques
- Proven track record of developing ethical AI frameworks for commercial applications
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Microsoft, or Google programs)
