Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in embedding ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles

- Develop transparent audit protocols for algorithmic decision-making processes

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in AI governance, ML ethics, or technology policy
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, explainable AI (XAI), and fairness metrics
