Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI development and deployment
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory bodies
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments for emerging AI technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven track record implementing bias mitigation in production AI systems
- Deep understanding of philosophical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI ethics
- Published research in peer-reviewed AI ethics journals
- Fluency in Python and ML model interpretability tools
