Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional committees to audit algorithmic fairness and bias mitigation
- Represent the company at global AI policy forums and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across autonomous systems
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI
- Author white papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and academic journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (top-tier conferences)
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics committees with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong public speaking skills for policy advocacy and executive communication
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., Stanford, MIT)
- Fluency in Python for AI system auditing capabilities
