Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Lead bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments across AI product lifecycle
- Chair the cross-functional AI Ethics Council with C-suite executives
- Develop industry-first bias mitigation tools for generative AI models
- Represent Nexus at UN AI summits and OECD policy forums
- Train 500+ engineers on ethical AI deployment standards
- Author white papers on AI ethics that will inform 2026 regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI ethics in top-tier journals
- Proven track record leading AI ethics initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Experience with large-scale generative model deployment (GPT-4+, Claude 3)
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools development
- Exceptional public speaking skills with 50+ conference presentations
