- Collaborate with policy teams on future AI legislation compliance
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Published work on AI ethics or policy (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Strong background in autonomous systems or generative AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM, Google)
