Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of evolving AI regulatory landscapes (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with cross-functional teams in tech/government/nonprofit sectors
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- PhD or equivalent in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
