Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Liaise with international regulatory bodies to shape AI policy standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias and fairness across quantum/neural networks
- Develop predictive ethics models for emergent AI behaviors
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development lifecycle
- Author white papers on AI-human alignment for peer-reviewed journals
- Chair the FutureHorizon Ethics Council with external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, AI, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record influencing national/international AI policy
- Expertise in bias mitigation for neural networks and quantum systems
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (NeurIPS, ICLR)
- Proficiency in Python and ethical auditing frameworks (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience leading technical ethics teams in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation in AI development
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
