Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for predictive AI models using advanced causal inference techniques
- Develop industry standards for AI transparency and explainability in high-stakes decision-making domains
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to ensure ethical protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists to align on emerging AI challenges
- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics for 2026 technological landscape
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI methodologies and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale machine learning models
- Published research on AI governance frameworks or responsible AI deployment
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for bias auditing
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams on ethical technology projects
- Strong background in philosophy of technology or moral philosophy
- Ability to communicate complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
