Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at community events and weekend pop-up locations
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of activity spaces
- Engage attendees with enthusiasm and promote community programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Support inventory management and basic administrative tasks
- Represent Milwaukee Community Hub with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Must be between 14-17 years old (parental consent required for minors)
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-4pm)
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to assigned Milwaukee locations
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
- Must maintain good academic standing (report card required)
- Pass background check (standard for youth positions)
