Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend volunteer activities and community outreach programs
- Manage client registrations and schedule appointments for weekend services
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown for weekend community initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery and client interactions
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about community resources
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service, coordination, or community work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM)
- Basic proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
