Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or community outreach experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with weekday availability for training
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Baltimore neighborhoods preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
