Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications and databases during weekend shifts.
- Execute urgent bug fixes and feature deployments without disrupting the standard Monday-Friday workflow.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to prioritize weekend backlog items.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for all internal and external client portals.
- Conduct code reviews for weekend release candidates.
- Document technical procedures and weekend incident reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve complex problems autonomously.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or specific weekend shifts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
