Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend associates, ensuring productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors to maintain operational continuity and efficiency
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflow and reduce errors
- Conduct quality control audits and report on weekend performance metrics
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership skills with weekend shift supervision background
- Forklift certification and inventory management expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
