Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 team members during weekend night shifts, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and SOPs
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain accurate shift logs and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution or logistics
- Availability for every Friday-Saturday night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 12-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
