Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in receiving and documenting incoming shipments
- Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Kansas City facility
