Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Inspect, verify, and record incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and organize inventory stock for delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict adherence to OSHA standards.
- Truck Loading: Assist in loading and unloading trailers during peak weekend shifts.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure products meet company quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
