Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members through performance coaching and shift scheduling
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Generate performance reports and present weekly operational metrics
- Manage inventory audits and reconciliation systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse or operations management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (WMS/TMS systems)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible weekends and occasional holidays
- OSHA certification preferred
- College degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
