Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform preventative maintenance on workstations and servers.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates during weekend maintenance windows.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for IT equipment and assets.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve standard operating procedures and documentation.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets simultaneously during busy shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus but not required.
