Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Manage and prioritize the weekend IT ticket queue to ensure rapid resolution times.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and network peripherals.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to troubleshoot complex network connectivity problems.
- Ensure 100% uptime and security compliance for all weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Reliable transportation and professional communication demeanor.
