Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and friendly technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on a variety of devices.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve weekend service protocols.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot common tech issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work every Saturday and Sunday.
