Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, and remote access tools for our valued clients.
- Customer Advocacy: Deliver world-class customer service by actively listening and providing clear, jargon-free technical solutions.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance and alert the team to potential weekend outages before they impact users.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support tickets, resolutions, and technical configurations in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the on-site support team to share insights and improve overall service delivery.
- Training: Assist in onboarding new weekend staff and contributing to internal knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
