Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage server infrastructure and cloud services (AWS/Azure) 24/7 during weekend shifts.
- Resolve high-priority technical support tickets and system anomalies escalated to the weekend team.
- Perform routine system backups, security patching, and performance tuning to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and runbooks for knowledge base updates.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability scans on weekend schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or DevOps.
