Responsibilities
- Provide Expert Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage Weekend Ticket Queues: Prioritize and respond to technical support tickets and inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Ensure System Uptime: Proactively monitor systems and networks to prevent downtime and resolve critical issues immediately.
- Client Communication: Maintain a professional and empathetic tone when interacting with clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in our CRM system.
- Hardware Maintenance: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and basic maintenance of office equipment and peripherals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems; knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS) is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems independently.
