The Role
We are seeking a reliable individual to provide technical assistance to our diverse client base. You will be the first line of defense for resolving technical issues and ensuring operational continuity during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist end-users via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions in the ticketing system.

Qualifications
