Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and technical interviews with qualified candidates on weekends.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc.) to identify top talent in the tech sector.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer extension.
- Provide exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates alike.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Must be available to work flexible weekend shifts (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in the Philadelphia or Texas job market is a plus.
