Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates for key technical and operational roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and coordinate technical and cultural interviews with candidates during weekend hours.
- Market Analysis: Research current market trends in the Dallas area to advise hiring managers on compensation and talent availability.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a world-class, responsive communication experience for all applicants, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regarding pipeline status and candidate feedback.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future urgent openings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruiting.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Dallas, Texas area.
