Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates on weekends using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule weekend interviews.
- Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on weekend hiring activities.
- Represent the company at local weekend job fairs or networking events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Flexible scheduling available).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
