Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, product management, and IT positions.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate data and pipeline analytics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize job descriptions and hiring funnels.
- Provide weekly updates on sourcing metrics and candidate activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the Raleigh or NC market.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruiting and closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and maintain high productivity.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles.
